Is this program suitable for all fitness level?

-Yes, it will be customized to your individual needs.

Is this program for men or women?

-it's gear towards men age 50 & older

-stay tune ladies, we are working towards creating suitable programs for you soon.

How many times do I need to train per week?

-we recommend starting out with 2-3x per week with shorter workouts to ease yourself back in.

Do I have to follow a restrictive diet?

-absolutely NOT, everyone has their own preference of food that they like and crave, but you can alway tweak it to still enjoy a healthy meal.

Will I need a gym membership for these workouts?

-not at all, unless you want to, in fact we recommend you be outdoor at least once or twice a week with the natures & fresh air.

Can I take a break from the workout when I'm away on vacation?

-absolutely, we recommend taking a break from time to time to give your body a chance to recover. We also have lighter and shorter workout you can follow while you're on vacation if you choose to stay on track with the program.
